Payment Policy

Fees for services, bookings, and products are stated clearly at the time of purchase. All payments are final, and refunds are not typically provided unless explicitly mentioned. 

Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfers, and other specified channels. Receipts are issued upon successful payment confirmation. 

 Non-payment of agreed fees may result in suspension of services until full payment is received. 

• Cancellation: Appointments canceled 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds: For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, no refunds are issued. Rescheduling options may be available on request.

• Cancellations: Travel bookings are subject to the specific terms of our travel partners and service providers. Cancellation requests must be made directly through Prajakta Tours & Travels, and refund eligibility will depend on the booking terms.
• Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain bookings, such as last-minute or special promotions, may be non-refundable. Please review the terms at the time of booking.

• Returns & Refunds: All plant and product sales are final, and returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of plants. Refunds are not issued for plant-related purchases, and customers are advised to inspect items on-site.
• Exchange Policy: Exchanges are offered in cases of proven damage or incorrect product delivery at the time of purchase, subject to management approval.

•  Force Majeure: Refunds and cancellations may not be possible for service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, or public health emergencies. We will work to reschedule services when feasible.
